Pieces (move options)
Pawn (TCB)
The pawn moves one or two squares forward and captures opposing pieces. Diagonally, the pawn can move one square forward without capturing. It does not jump over pieces.
A pawn on the opponent's baseline can be promoted as follows (white POV):
Rook (TCB)
The rook may move to any second square along the file or the rank on which it stands. Pieces on target squares of the rook cannot be jumped over. This is possible for pieces on squares in between.
