Is it clear that unless the rules for the specific piece type say that it can't move onto an occupied square, or unless the piece normally carries lunch but currently has no lunch (a lunchlos piece), it can move onto any occupied square (except a square occupied by the Train) whether or not it is stealing a lunch?
