Contest to design a chess variant on 44 squares. Our annual N-squares chess variant design competition.[All Comments] [Add Comment or Rating]There are several submissions that still must be added to the contest page.

However, our mailbox had a problem, as it run out of space. Please look at
the size of the files you are sending. We received two files of over 1
megabyte size, by two different submitters. Files of this size cannot be
put on the website: it uses too much of our webspace and most readers will
not be able to download them. (I still have internet connection with a
normal telephone, and there are many more such people on this world!)

If you missed the deadline because of such a problem, send the game
