Sorry I overlooked this, Jose. Fergus Duniho did something comparable once, urging designers at least to be aware that RN and BN are not new inventions. More history and more annotations and no new designs at all would be one great way to go.

Sometimes new CVs would appear sounding like the two compounds were just thought up. They always appear together, 1+1=2, about the only case of that oddity. (Exceptions: Janus, Modern)
Now in 2015 someone will step up in early spring and say, hey, how about Rook + Knight with Bishop + Knight, and they'll add some tiny nuance or say their board size is novel, seeking plaudits or projectile approval: no coins please.
