If these games are being assigned one-at-a-time by Carlos, then he can continue this tournament by assigning games between the 'IN' players and simply ignoring the 'OUT' players. One way to check out the '?' players would be to assign each of them a game and drop anyone who forfeits on time from the remainder of the tournament. Speaking of forfeits, no tournament here has ever been 'officially' rated (check the ratings page for Alice Chess).
Reminder: Game Filter * and Tournament Filter *III on the Game Courier Ratings page will list the players by 'rating', which (mostly) places them in order of points scored. Reminder: clicking the [Ratings] button on any game you are looking at will take you to the GCR page.
