There are several playing modes: Humanagainst a computer, Computer against itself, and Human vs Human. VSCCP even can play against other software.Program contains well made help, which includes description of software and rules of Xiangqi. Another nice feature of this software is possibility toswitch pieces shapes. You can switch between traditional shinese symbols and "picturial" shapes (pictures of elephant, cannon, etc.). This feature helpsgreatly to beginning players.
