To register for a user id, you don't you have to share your last name (notice it's not a required field) and you don't have to share your email address with the public (that will only happen if you choose to put it on your profile later). If your email address is something you want to keep private even from the website, why not sign up for a different email address specifically for the purpose of posting?

When u register i beleive you can play right away b/c the prefix of your
e-mail address is your temporary password
