One bit of a problem here: not only are the Rooks colorbound, but they're both bound to the same color. (So are the Bishops.) In fact, those Rooks can only reach about half of the squares of that color; and again, it's the same half (neither can reach the even-numbered rows or equivalent columns).

Perhaps if these two piece types each had a Wazir move added.
