Since the Diagram Designer will not handle rivers, your best option is to draw it yourself with a paint program.

I was just thinking that I could add support for a tiled shape. It would let you arrange tiles the same way you arrange colors. You would name certain tiles in a Tiles field, which would work the same way as the Colors field, but the tiles would be images with specific designs rather than solid colors. But Xianq Qi would need more than ten tiles, which has been the limit for colors. I might get this done in time, but not very soon. I have been trying to reinstall Windows after messing it up by installing Linux on another SSD, and it has not been going smoothly.
