come on guys - its called easy chess!!!! perfect site for my little boy aged 6 who is just learning - Well done chess variants!!!
was fun, my only complaint would be that i am left disheartened after losing at a difficulty level that was intended for 6 year olds.
This was alot of fun and good for brushing up on technique/skills. Thanks
Boring
I think everyone should keep in mind the line below the game: 'These are simple illustrations rather than strong opponents.' The beauty of this applet is Ed's extension of it to so many variants.
I want my 6yo son to use this, and I think it could use the following addition: when the computer plays the other player doesn't know what he did... you should signal it in some way (blinking the two squares that took part) other than that, really great, thanks!
I think this is an excellent game to get the little ones started. My 5 year old son saw the chess game at home and wanted to learn and this is what I found. Great visual for him to show him what moves he can make and choose from. Fantastic....thank you!
awsom i now know how to play chess and it helps that i have a super good memory for events and school stuff things i dont want to remember things i do want to remember small memory dreams what people say and other short memorys and probly a few small other things
Thanks so much! It is simple and easy to understand!
ITS THE BEST KEEP IT UP
i like it because its not to hard but not to easy. it also works well and doesnt freeze.
nice and easy but still a bit hard
This game is great for learning to play better Chess. Having the ability to take back your last move allows you see how your moves may affect your opponent's next moves. Really good players would obviously be bored, but 'Easy Chess' plays like a wonderful teaching tool - one of the best I've seen. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to improve their game.
