Hello. I tried to create a new account with UserID 'stepney141' and my outlook email address. But after I submitted I got an error message like this:

Warning: Since email accounts at outlook.com cannot receive email from us, no email has been sent.

Failed to Send Email We could not send you email at this time. Please try again later.

As written in the above message, CVP have not send any emails to me. Then, I got completely locked out of my CVP account. Could someone delete my account and let me try signing up again with the same UserID (and another email address) ?
